A French wholesale distributor of electrical materials, equipment, and associated services for professional construction and industrial customers, formerly operating as CGE Distribution within the Sonepar group's generalist retail network. Coverage was concentrated within France through a nationwide network of local agencies supported by national logistics platforms. As of 2024 the CGE Distribution brand merged with Sonepar Connect into the unified Sonepar brand, so CGED now operates as part of Sonepar rather than as an independent entity.
