Founded in 1981 as an agent and distributor of electronic components, the company later became a manufacturer of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) under the IHHEC brand while continuing to distribute components from partner brands such as AZOTEQ. Headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, with manufacturing plants in Taiwan and a materials research lab in Japan, it serves telecommunications, consumer, automotive, and industrial electronics customers across Taiwan, China, the United States, and other international markets.
