An industrial fastener distributor formed from the 1997 combination of Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) and Arden Industrial Products under Park-Ohio Holdings, sourcing fasteners from roughly 70 manufacturers for thousands of OEM customers across the United States. It focuses on mechanical fastening hardware rather than electronic components, serving manufacturing, appliance, agricultural, and transportation OEMs; its fastener distribution business was later folded into Park-Ohio's Supply Technologies operation.
