Formally registered as Ruhr Elektro-Handel Jürgen Flottmann GmbH, the company was dissolved through a 2019 merger into EGU Elektro Großhandels Union Rhein-Ruhr GmbH & Co. KG, which absorbed its distribution business. Its coverage was regional, centered on the Ruhr/Rhine-Ruhr area of Germany rather than global electronic component distribution.
