ETA-USAは1994年設立、カリフォルニア州モーガンヒルに拠点を置く電源メーカーで、日本の親会社イーター電機工業株式会社(東京、1979年設立)の米国販売・製造子会社。産業・医療・輸送・軍事・航空電子機器向けのAC/DCスイッチング電源・DC/DCコンバータを扱い、標準COTS製品に加え、MIL-STDなど厳格な仕様に対応するカスタム電力変換ソリューションも製造する。

  1. 1994
    ETA-USA was established as the US sales subsidiary of Japanese parent イーター電機工業株式会社 (ETA Electric Industry Co., Ltd.), headquartered in Morgan Hill, CA.
  2. 2019
    After イーター電機工業株式会社 (the Japanese parent) declared bankruptcy in December 2018, its business operations were transferred to Ars Co., Ltd. of Fukushima Prefecture, which continued using the ETA/イーター brand for switching power supplies.
