The U.S. subsidiary of Japan's Elematec Corporation, an electronics trading company formed in 2009 through the merger of Takachiho Electric and Ohnishi Denki, distributing electronic components, semiconductors, connectors, and materials for automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer electronics applications. Operating from offices in Itasca, Illinois and San Diego, California, it extends the parent company's network of more than 70 bases across Japan and overseas into North America. Beyond distribution, the group also offers value-added services such as procurement agency, design, assembly, and contract manufacturing.
